Richard Gray Gallery is pleased to announce the release of One Thought Fills Immensity, an illustrated monograph celebrating the life and practice of the internationally renowned Spanish artist Jaume Plensa.  Published by Richard Gray Gallery in partnership with SKIRA Editore, this volume is the most comprehensive monograph on the artist to date with over 200 color plates and contributions from international curators and scholars.

 

One Thought Fills Immensity provides a comprehensive survey of Plensa’s multifaceted body of work since the 1980s. With a career that spans over three decades, Plensa has emerged as one of the most significant voices in contemporary sculpture and is one of the world’s foremost sculptors working in the public space. Plensa’s iconic works span the globe with projects in Bangkok, Chicago, Dubai, London, Liverpool, Montréal, Nice, Paris, Tokyo, Toronto, Shanghai and many others.

 

Contributing essayists include Jeremy Strick, Director of the Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas; Brooke Kamin Rapaport, Director and Martin Friedman Senior Curator of Mad. Sq.
