GRAY returns to Art Basel Miami Beach for its 2025 edition with presentations in the Galleries and Kabinett sectors. In the Galleries sector, Booth H9, GRAY features a curated selection of artists from its Modern and Contemporary program, including works by Candida Alvarez, McArthur Binion, Jim Dine, Torkwase Dyson, Theaster Gates, Alex Katz, Judy Ledgerwood, Jaume Plensa, Leon Polk Smith, and Evelyn Statsinger.
For the Kabinett sector, GRAY presents a series of works by Roger Brown, a pioneering artist whose vision reshaped the landscape of contemporary American art. A leading figure of the group known as the Chicago Imagists who brought bold, Surrealist sensibilities into postwar discourse, Brown forged a path that combined social observation with stylized visual language. His work, which spans the decades of the 1960s through the 1990s, offers a penetrating view of contemporary life, popular culture, and the evolving American landscape.
